Instructions
Jackfruit should be raw and tender. Cut into pieces par boiled. Spread make sure it should be dry.
Whole spice roasted and grind except onion seeds.
Now add all ingredients with jackfruit with oil salt and preservatives.
Preserve in a glass vessel and tight the lid for 72 hours.
Start eating after a week
