Sambha Sadham is an age old traditional recipe of Tamil Nadu, which is also offered as Prasad in Chidambaram Nataraja Temple. It is a simple, healthy and delicious rice. Recently I visited a marriage and surprised to see that this sambha rice was served along with Kathirikkai Gothsu for the dinner along with other items. I saw many of them asking the name of the recipe to the Servers since they are hearing the name of the recipe for the first time and they were eager to know the recipe for that. Our Grandma recipes are getting life back and happy to see that....
