This recipe is full of aroma when you taste, you will feel it. This is a lost recipe, now people are busy, they don't want to waste time. But I always like and enjoy experimental recipe. I have my own lemon tree.

finely sliced lemon skin

jaggery

lemon juice

crushed black pepper

Instructions
First of all have to peal off the lemon skin and dip in water for 4-5 hours.
Clean the skin by tearing white part and then finely sliced.
Boiled in water with pinch of salt.
Then first time you strain the water. Again add little water
Water will reduce then add jaggery and salt, keep on stiring.
Add raisin gradually it will become sticky and glossy. Add crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
Now it is ready to eat. Keep in a air tight container. Best before six months.
Notes
You should remove the white skin layer Inside under green skin otherwise it will bitter taste.
