Ingredients

mango pulp
1
cup
full fat milk
1/2
cup
condensed milk or milk powder
1/2
cup
fresh cream
1/4
cup
Sugar as per taste
Instructions
Put the mango pulp into a blender jar. Add milk, cream, condensed milk and sugar.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow container.
Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or till semi-set.
Pour the semi-set mixture into a mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture back into the same container.
Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze till set.
Scoop out into a bowl and serve.
