Bottle gourd is a very good vegetable. It contains more calcium. So we should consume this with various types. This is one of the lost recipe of Bangladesh.

grated bottle gourd

raw egg
1
cup
chopped onion
2
teaspoon
garlic paste
1
teaspoon
Ginger paste
2
teaspoon
green chilli
1
teaspoon
red chilli powder
1
teaspoon
garam masala powder
2
grated tomato
1/2
teaspoon
onion seeds
1/2
teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
2
teaspoon
deshi ghee
Salt
Oil as required
Instructions
Take a frying pan add oil and heat. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir.
Spice become golden brown add green chilli paste, red chilli powder, tomato, salt and eggs.
Stir continuously and keep separate.
In the same frying pan add oil then onion seeds, turmeric powder grated bottle gourd and little salt.
Mix well and cover with a lid with low flame.
When the moist will dry add the cooked scramble mixture, Garamond masala and deshi ghee.
Mix properly serve with plain rice/ Roti/ pariahs/ bread.
