Falafel are these crisp and yummy patties made of ground chickpeas, they are easy to put together and ideally served with Tahini or Hummus.

Ingredients

of chickpeas
soaked overnight and ground to a paste.

small onions finely chopped
1
small bunch Coriander leaves
finely chopped
1
tsp
Ginger garlic paste
1
tsp
chilli powder
1-2
tsp
cumin powder
2-3
tbsp
cornflour
Salt
Oil to deep fry
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except the oil, adjust the salt and chilli powder according to your taste.
Make small patties
Heat the oil in a wok, deep fry the patties on medium high heat till golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon on absorbent paper
Serve hot with the sauce of your choice and fresh salad
Notes
This recipe freezes very well.
