Keep your microwave in preheat mode
Now in a bowl, add sweet corn, onion, capsicum, bell pepper, olive, jalapeño, tomato, salt, oregano, chilly flakes, 1/2 cheese and few drops of olive oil and mix well
Now take buns remove the top of the bun and make a hole in bun as shown in picture
Now brush the bun with butter from inside and outside
Fill the bun with the mixture, top it up with some more cheese
Take a tray, brush it with few drops of olive oil and butter, place filled buns on the tray
Put the tray in preheated microwave oven on convection mode for 5 minutes at 250 degree c
Once done take it out, sprinkle some mixed herbs and enjoy ...
