In a bowl add yeast, sugar, warm water and mix and keep aside for 10 minutes
In a bowl combine flour and salt and make a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and start mixing adding some water till the dough comes together.
Knead till you get a smooth dough.
Apply olive oil to the dough, cover and keep in a warm place till it doubles the size
Press the dough into small portions, oil into small circles. with the help of a fork make holes and sprinkle some sesame seed. Place them on a greased baking tray.
PRe-heat the oven to 220-degree celsius, bake the pita till crisp.(half way through, remove from the oven cut into triangles and bake till crisp again)
