Sandesh With Bean'S Seeds

Sandesh is such a recipe which can serve in any occasion. So Bengali people always think for new experience. I think I am one of those. This recipe is my first experiment. When I served Sandesh my guest could not imagine about the recipe.

gms mawa

gms sugar

teaspoon
green cardamom powder
Pistachio for garnishing

coconut cream
Instructions
Remove the seed's skin boil and make a smooth paste.
Now take a frying pan add the paste go on stirring.
When the paste will reduce add Mawa and stir continuously. Then add sugar cardamom powder and coconut cream. Mix well stir continuously.
Gradually it will be a tight dough. Now give shape with mould. Garnish with pistachio and spread coconut sugar.
Notes
This Sandesh can be preserve more than two weeks in freeze.
