bowl mashed paneer

finely grated coconut

Powdered Sugar

cup
chiraunjee
1
teaspoon
green cardamom powder

cup
wheat flour
1
cup
semolina
1
Malai cup
Water as required
Oil as required
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, chiraunjee and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside.
Take another bowl add wheat flour and semolina. Add water and make a smooth batter with proper consistency.
Now heat a frying pan brush with refine oil. Spread batter and bake till light brown.
Now stuffed with mixed filling any wrap. Let it room temperature, open the wrap one side again fill with Malai and fold the wrap.
Serve in a plate cut with equal segment. See the melted malai will come out. Eat each segment at a time will feel the creamy texture.
Notes
Inside and outside both will soft. Cream will melt into the mouth that is the beauty of this recipe.
