Chilly Soyabean

Chilly Soyabean is one of my favourite vegetarian snack. It's a substitute for chilly chicken. It goes well with fried rice or roti and naans.

medium capsisum cut in cubes

Ginger garlic paste

green chillies slit lengthwise

vinegar

green chilly sauce

red chilly sauce

soy sauce

Oil for frying
For Marination- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

red chilli powder

cornflour

Instructions
Boil the soyabean for 10 mins and squeeze out the excess water and keep aside.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for marination add the soyabean and marinate nicely.
Heat oil in a pan add the marinated soyabean cook till golden from all sides. Take out on a paper napkin so the excess oil is absorbed.
Heat oil in a non stick pan add ginger garlic paste, onions saute for few mins. Then add in capsicum, chillies saute for anothet few mins.
Next add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce, red chilly sauce mix everything well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the fried soyabean mix it well with the sauce. Add spring onions greens at last. Serve hot!!
