red chilli powder

Salt
Oil for dip fry
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl add beaten egg, bengal gram, semolina, chilli powder, cumin powder lemon juice and salt. Mix well and make a batter.
Now add baby corn into the batter and dip fry. It will be crunchy outside and softy inside. Serve hot with chat masala.

Very crispy.
