This is an amazing receipe called Almond Rice pudding with figs in caramel sauce learnt and cooked this dish with Chef Sarah Todd winner of MasterChef Australia in The Gourmet High Street Food festival.
Take a pan, put almond milk, sugar, boiled rice and cook well until it becomes thick and reduced.
Take another pan, put half cup sugar, 2-3 tablespoons water and cook it until it becomes caramelized, then turn off the gas and put some butter, heavy cream, pinch of salt. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Add figs (or any fruit of your choice) into the caramel sauce.
serve hot or cold as per your choice.

The choice of Fruits can be optional, or even Dry fruits can be added to increase its nutrition value.
