A very simple recipe that I used to make during my college days, when we were hard pressed for time, efforts, extremely cautious about weight, want something filling and fast so that we are saving time for studies. I did not want to approach mother all the time to prepare something for me, so I devised this one which I can enjoy.
In a bowl take chopped cabbage, onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander, salt and chilly powder mix all ingredients nicely
Now take two bread slices apply oil on one side of both the bread. Keep the sandwich mixture on bread slice as shown in picture
Take a normal sandwich maker place the sandwich in it and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till it is properly cooked from both side
Repeat the steps with rest of the sandwiches
