Instructions
Soak the dal for 3-4 hours. Strain and grind using minimum water.
Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder.
Give shape like medu wada and deep fry till crispy.
Notes
I can never get the shape of the wadas properly. Hence I use a piping bag to shape them….!!!
