pack atta noodles
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ small onion
thinly sliced
½ cup shredded vegetables like Simla mirch and carrot Sa
Salt

teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoon
oil

teaspoon
each of 1. Dark Soya sauce 2. Red chilli sauce 3. Green chilli sauce

teaspoon
garlic
finely chopped

tablespoon
spring onions to garnish
Instructions
Boil the noodles with salt and black pepper in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes. Drain and wash with ice cold water. Keep aside. In a pan heat the oil.
Add garlic and all vegetables. Stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes only. Add all sauces. Add the noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
