Mashed Chickpeas Sandwich

A delicious filling sandwich which can go for a week day lunch. Its easy, healthy and requires few ingredients only. When I tried these sandwiches I actually realized healthy food also tastes good. So do try this recipe and have a healthy living.

hung curd
Few lettuce leaves

Instructions
Mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
Add chopped onions, shredded carrot, hung curd, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.
Take a scoop of the filling and make a sandwich. Enjoy!!
