wash the brinjal and dry with duster. cut the round rings 1 1/2" thick.

dust salt and red chili powder on rings
Mix paneer mashed potato and all other ingredients in a bow
fill the rings with this stuffing.dust flour on both sides.pat extra flour.
heat non stick pan add little oil when hot fry these rings on both sides.
in between cover it so that rings become soft or done.
now place these rings in plate top with tomato chutney. after chutney put little hung curd raita on chutney.
