This was the cake I just happened to create on my own. While I have baked so many healthy cakes from ombc .. this is the platform where my healthy baking has started .. so this one came out of my own experiences of baking a cake. The inclusion of the millet is special about this recipe. Also it has milk powder, white chocolate and pineapple essence that makes it so flavourful and irresistible to have a bite..
To the above wet mixture, add the melted chocolate and combine well.
Gently combine the flour mixture to the wet mixture. Fold until there are no lumps.Do not over beat the batter.
Grease and dust a pan and add the batter to it.
Decorate the blanched almonds as you desire.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake it for 40 mins. Or until the tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Cut the cake once it's completely cooled.

*Blanched almonds: Place your raw almonds into the boiling water. Let them boil for exactly one minute. Don’t boil for any longer than 60 seconds, or your almonds will start to soften. Drain the almonds immediately in a colander or strainer and rin
