Instructions
Heat oil in a pan,
sear
chicken thigh from both the sides and allow it to cook.
In a sauce pan add soya, mirin and sugar and allow it to boil for a while
Once sugar gets dissolve add in corn flour slurry and adjust consistency. This is the simple way to make the famous Japanese Teriyaki Sauce.
Toss cooked chicken in prepared teriyaki sauce.
Your Chicken Teriyaki is ready to be served.
