Usually during fasting we tend to have lots of oily stuff ..so.. I tried out Falahari Sweet potato crispy fries which are really healthy as well as tasty during fasting days..

Sweet potatoes boiled 6
Sendha namak to taste
Arrarot 3 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Instructions
First of all boil the sweet potatoes
Cut them into shape of French fries.
Now mix in arrarot to fries..
Then in a non stick pan put ghee and all these fries
Flip them up when they become crisp on one side
When both sides become crisp..take them out.. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and serve with coriander chutney.
