Mushroom packets are easy to prepare and contains very little oil which makes the dish healthier and addition of greens adds in nutrition.. It can be prepared ahead n can be freezed upto a week.
Slat n red chilli flakes or pepper powder to taste
For mushroom sause- 1/2 Onion

Garlic cloves-1
Vegetable stock-1 cup
Finely chopped spinach- 3tblsp
1/4cupdouble cream
Fresh basil - to taste
Butter 1tblsp
Salt n pepper to taste
For the outer cover- 2egg
Maida - 100gm
Cheese to taste
Instructions
Wash the mushroom well n soak in hot water for 5min. Now drain the water n chop it. Reserve 3 to 4
for making sauce.
Heat butter in a pan add garlic and Onion satue wel. Now add the mushroom n saute well so that all the water evorparates. Now add spinach n toss well . Now add salt n red chilli flakes
Switch off the flame . Now add a pinch of nutmug , coriander leaves and cream. Mix well. Add cheese mix well n refrigerat for 30min
Now to make the dough. Beat one egg and add 100 gm flour. Knead well for 10min. Now refrigerat until we prepare the mushroom sauce.
Now for the mushroom sauce. Heat butter add Onion garlic n saute well. Now add mushroom n make it dry . Now add spinach mix well n add in the vegetable stock. Once it has boiled add salt n red chilli flakes.
Switch off the flame n add cream. Now finally add in the basil
To prepare the mushroom packets. Roll the dough very thin. Cut it into rounds using cutter. Now take one round keep the mushroom filling. Brush the ends with egg keep another round above it.
Make all the packets likewise. Now bring lots of water to boil add salt n oil to it. Now gently drop all the packets in hot water. Let it boli for 20min. Then drain in paper towel.
Now arrange the packets n top it with mushroom sauce n cheese.
Notes
Soaking the mushroom in hot water is important to remove the impurities
Roll the outer sheet as thin as possible n give a good press using fork so that filling doesn’t come out n the outer cover cooks wel.
