Pizza for weight loss yes you read it right because we are going to load it with all the healthy items that can boost our energy during dieting and also to satisfy our tummy with delicious protein and fiber rich food. To keep ourselves happy during this weight loss period :)
Mix all the flour with salt add curd n knead it to a soft dough with little water. Set aside
Grind all the items under "for sauce" except vinegar n oregano. In a pan add the grinded paste n cook until all the water evoparates. Add salt, vinegar n oregano. Switch off
Take a medium sized ball out of the dough n roll it little thicker.pork it with fork so that it cooks evenly. Now heat a non stick pan n cook it on one side. Remove it.
On the cooked side spread the sauce fill it with sweet corn, capsicum, onion, tomato n boiled mushroom. After that top it with low fat cheese (optional)
Now keep the uncooked side n cover it. Cook it until done n cheese melts. Approximately 5min on low flame
Top it with pizza seasoning (optional).Super yummy all time favourite pizza with a healthier version is ready. Enjoy the flavour of protein n fiber in each bite n make ur tummy happy.
Notes
If u use iron tawa grease it with little oil
Can use any veggies.
Can have it like roti without any topping. Can accompany the plane roti with onion raita. Best combination according to me
