Sweet Corns 1/2kg
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese grated 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
UnSalted Butter 1tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Instructions
Boil corns with 2 cups of water plus 1/2 cup of milk and butter in a pressure cooker on
simmer
heat for 7-8 minutes.
Open n check the quantity of water if it is still watery boil more with cooker lid off .
Add chat masala, lemon juice and cheese . Serve hot with evening tea.
Notes
You may add chilli flakes according to the taste.
