As per the book "You Staying Young", the author Roizen and Mehmet Oz, MD, recommend two daily doses, each consisting of 20 grams of chia seeds. Add them in yogurt, drinks, cakes and breads and enjoy the benefit of Chia Seeds
Soak Chia seeds in coconut water. Chia seeds love to clump when you get them wet.
Let sit for 30 minutes to allow the seeds to swell up.
Add lemon juice and honey to taste.
Shake well to combine.
Chill in fridge for few hours before you drink.
Garnish it with mint sprig and lemon slice.
