Flattened Rice – 1 cup
Sugar Powder- 1 cup
Cardamom – 5
Clarified butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Instructions
Roast
the flattened rice in a pan . Make a flour of it in a dry mixie jar.
Transfer this powder into a shallow dish.
In the same pan, dry
roast
the grated coconut.Keep it aside.
Grind the sugar into a smooth powder in the dry mixie jar. Transfer this sugar powder to the bowl of flattened rice flour.
Add cardamom powder, grated and roasted coconut to it. Then pour warm ghee to the powders. Mix well and shape it into ladoos.
These can be stored at a cool place for a week or two.
