Rice Flour Laddoo is a favorite snack in my family. My family like to eat rice Flour Laddoo any time in lunch ,dinner as well as in tiffin also.

Ingredients

cup
rice flour
3/4
cup
Powdered Sugar
1/2
cup
ghee
1
teaspoon
elaichi powder
1
teaspoon
chopped pistachios
Instructions
Roast
rice flour in pan for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Take caution that white colour shouldn't change.
Now mix 3/4 of the ghee and again
roast
rice flour for 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix sugar powder ,elaichi powder,and some pistachios.
Kneed this like a soft dough.
Make equal small balls means Laddoo and decorate with pistachios.
Now my healthy Tasty Rice Flour Laddoo are ready to serve.
