Boil 1 glass of water & add salt to it. Wash yam cubes and cook in this water for 10 min
Drain water & keep the cubes in stainer to remove leftover water.shallow fry cubes till they are crisp brown coloured.
Meanwhile cook tamarind pulp with 1/2 cup of water on medium flame for 5 min. Let it cool. Wash using your hands or run in a blender for a runny smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl take shallow fried yam cubes & add tamarind paste black salt, white salt, chilli powder & Cumin powder.mix well.
