Jackfruits are the summer treats. This is a tropical treat for all jackfruit lovers. Jackfruit ice cream is easy to make with just four ingredients and very few steps to follow.
Whip the fresh cream on ice bath for 4-5 minutes until soft peaks are formed.
Now add the powdered sugar and whip again for 4-5 mins.
Now add the jackfruit puree and pieces, combine well.
Pour this into airtight ice cream box or aluminum tray and cover with foil.
Freeze this for 6-7 hours. Serve this chill with extra jackfruit pieces or chocolate syrup or choco chips.
Notes
I have used Amul fresh cream in this recipe. Dairy or Non Dairy whipping cream can also be used. Closing with lid or aluminum foil is important during freezing to prevent the formation ice crystals. Sugar can be adjusted based on the sweetness of the jackfruit puree.
