Mango cubes- 1 cup
Watermelon cubes- 1 Cup
Honey- 1tbsp
Black salt- 1tsp
Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Amchur- 1tsp
Mint leaves- 1 tsp
Cashew nuts- 4 to 5
Almond- 4 to 5
Instructions
Peel and deseed the mango. Cut in cubes and put in a mixing bowl.
Cut and desired watermelon. Cut in cubed and mix with mango.cubes
Add honey and black salt to the fruits and keep aside for 10mins. Fruits will release it's water
Dry
roast
the cashew and almond. Let it cool down and chop them randomly
Add other spices to the fruits and also add mint leaves. At last add chopped nuts. Garnish the salad with mint leaves
