Chuhara is a very beneficial fruit. It is beneficial in low blood pressure, reduces calcium & if the amount of blood in the body is decreasing then it helps in increasing blood. Consumption of Chuhara by soaking it in milk enhances its benefits and helps to increase the strength of the lungs, which are beneficial for respiratory diseases. The way we make almond pudding, we can also prepare Chuhara pudding which is quite nutritious and tasty. It is not very difficult to make it. honey can be used instead of sugar in it, it is very healthy.
Soak the Chuhara in 250 grams milk for 8 to 10 hours. keep out them, keep the remaining milk aside.
Now remove the seeds and coarsely grind into mixer grinder.
Heat 1 tsp ghee and fry cashew nuts keep aside.
Heat ghee in the same pan or kadhai add grinned chuhara till it becomes light golden, Keep stirring continuously. Add remaining milk and mix well, Cook for 5 minutes.
