Peel wash and grate the apple.
Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan then add grated apple cook until the moisture evaporates. Add milk mix and reduce the heat and cook till the mixture gets thickened, stir continuously.
Now add sugar, dates pulp, dry fruits, soaked saffron and cardamom powder, Mix well and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes with stirring.
Turn off the heat. Garnish with dry fruits serve chilled.
