Mix vegetables like carrot beans bell pepper cottage cheese

Instructions
Boil red chili along with onion for 10 min. Cook pasta as per instructions on pack with salt and aginomoto.
Blanch tomatoes & peel. Now grind chili tomatoes onion ginger and garlic together.
Heat a wok. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil till it starts fuming . Cook carrots & beans for 2-3 min. .Add Bell pepper& paneer
Cook for 2-3 min . Keep these vegetables aside. Now add remaining mustard oil .heat it . Add ground paste.that we prepared in step 1. Add salt & mustard powder.
Cook for 3-4 min. Now add boil pasta & vegetables. Mix well. Add cheese as much/ less you want.
It's ready to serve.
Notes
It’s too hot because of red chili. Taste before you are serving it to kids
If you cook sauce a night before making pasta mustard will leave its flavor & the sauce will taste better.
Use of mustard oil in pasta may sound wierd but this recipe tastes best when cooked in mustard oil.
