Slice the block of paneer into rectangles of 1/2 inch thickness (trimming can be added to the filling).
For Filling
Mix all the ingredients (Boiled potato, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Green chillies, Ginger chopped, Coriander leaves, Processed cheese, Black Cumin (Shahi jeera), Salt, Black pepper and Pomegranate seeds) together for filling.
Stuff this filling paneer slices (cut in rectangular shape) and roll it
For Batter
Make batter by mixing all ingredients (Corn flour, Maida, Pepper Powder, Black Cumin (Shahi jeera), Turmeric Powder, Water and salt) except bread crumbs.
Dip paneer rolls in batter and roll them in breads crumbs. Shallow fry till golden brown.
For Sauce
Heat butter, saute black cumin & onion till transparent. Add spices, Tomato Ketchup, salt, kasoori methi, cream & coriander leaves.
Serve the paneer rolls garnished with sauce,cream & pomegranate seeds
