teaspoon
garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste

medium onion fine chopped

water

teaspoon
olive oil
Salt
Fresh Crushed black pepper to taste

vinegar

tbsp
fine chopped coriander
Instructions
Pulse the beans, capsicum and carrot in food processor for a few seconds, it my way of quick fine chopping
Chop the mushrooms roughly and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic paste, sweat them for few seconds and then add onions, cook them till they are pink
Now add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then add the processed capsicum, beans and carrot
Sauté the vegetables for 4-5 minutes and then add water and let it boil for 5 minutes and lastly add salt and pepper and vinegar and mix well lastly also add some fine chopped coriander
Serve it hot and enjoy your bowl of health
