Roasted Channa dal should be good quality and crisp. When we add rice flour it becomes more crispy. This fried Channa dal goes with tea/coffee.

Roasted Channa dal 1 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Chilli flakes 2 tsp
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic 2 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Salt
Instructions
Take roasted Channa dal in a mixing bowl.
Make a batter with roasted Channa dal, rice flour, chilli flakes, chopped onion, chopped garlic and salt.
Heat a frying pan add oil and deep fry the batter. Add I tbsp of batter for each bada.
Fry until brown then strain the oil.
Serve with spring onion.
Notes
Take a sip of tea/coffee and bite the pakoda.
