Rolled Oats - 3 cups
Mixed Nuts - 1cup
Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoon
Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup
Extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed dried fruits - 2 cups
raisins, dry cherries, dry apricots, dry mangoes, coconut etc.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C.
In a big mixing bowl, mix together oats, nuts, sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon.
Spread it on a big cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, shaking the pan/cookie sheet once midway during the baking time.
Turn the oven off and take the cookie sheet out. Mix the dried fruit and let cool before storing in mason jars or other airtight containers.
