Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot,
simmer
the flame and pour half of the egg mixture and spread it out.
In a bowl crack open 2 eggs, add Salt, pepper and chopped veggies and mix well.
Then layer the bread slices over the egg.
Pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread and spread well.
After 3-5 mins flip over and cook on other side too for 3-5 mins.
Now layer the cheese over it and fold the bread over.
Take out, cut into desired shapes and serve hot with ketchup or any Chutney of your choice.
