Beat egg with salt and freshly crushed black pepper and milk in shallow dish.
Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick Pan on medium heat until golden browned on both sides.
Serve hot with dip of your choice or simple tomato ketchup. And fresh crunchy veggies. Sprinkle some chilli flakes if you want to turn it spicy.
