maida-2cup
milk-1cup
soaked saffron
kesar-4 strips
powder sugar- 3tsp
cardamom powder
elaichi powder- 1tsp
Salt
ghee- 3 tsp
Instructions
Take flour in a bowl and add salt , 3 tsp-powder sugar , 1 tsp- cardamom powder, soaked saffron(kesar)
add 1 cup of milk and make a soft dough, rest it for 20 mins.
make lachha paranthas and put it on the heated tawa(pan)
add 1 tsp of ghee in the tawa. golden fry the parantha and its ready to eat.
