Potato
Boiled and Grated
Salt
as per taste
Red chili powder
as per taste

as per taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except potato. Prepare a batter using water. Add potato and mix well. Keep aside the batter for 10-15 min.
Heat appam pan and grease all cavities with little oil.
Pour the batter in each cavity and cook on medium flame till bottom side becomes brown and crisp. Flip over all appe to cook from another side.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
