Guacamole is one of the healthiest dip or spread made with avacado . Avacado has so many good properties . So this sandwich is healthy option for breakfast .
Fiat take avacado and peel it . Now in a bowl mash avacado well and make a fine paste .
Then add finely chopped onion ,chopped tomato, chopped cliantaro leaves,chopped green chilli. Mix well . Now add lemon juice,salt as per taste and black pepper powder mix all ingredients well. Guacamole is ready .
Now take brown bread piece, apply guacamole all over . Put another bread on it .
In a sandwich maker apply some oil and cook this until crisp . Guracamole sandwich is ready to serve .
