Take 1 cup of lukewarm water and add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and mix it well
Now add the yeast to the warm water and mix it. Leave it aside for 5 minutes to the yeast activates
Meanwhile take a wide bowl and add the 3 cups of flour, salt and 1 teaspoon of grated garlic to it, and mix it well
Now add the activated yeast mixture little by little to the flour and mix it well
Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes
Once the dough is not sticking to the hand apply some oil and cover the dough with the wet cloth and place it in a warm area to rise the dough for at least 1 hour
After an hour , the bread dough must be almost doubled in size
Now punch the dough and place it in a well greased baking tray/skillet and allow it for second proof for 30 minutes
Once the dough is risen, apply some olive oil mixed with fennel seeds and grated garlic on top of the bread dough and makes some slits diagonally
Now bake the bread for 30-35 minutes on a preheated oven at 400F
