Plain Butter Kulcha with paneer gravy is a favourite at my home. We all relish it together in a family dinner.

Nigella seeds
onion seeds

Butter
Water

Vegetable oil

teaspoon
Coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and mix maida, yogurt, oil, milk, salt, sugar and little water and make a soft dough.
Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for rest for an hour.
Now take ball size portion of the dough and sprinkling little onion seeds and chopped coriander leaves over it.
Roll it flat like a thick paratha
Heat a tawa, sprinkle little water and place the bottom side of the rolled kulcha in it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Now turn the tawa upside down directly in the flames for few seconds
And your fluffy soft kulcha is ready to serve hot with butter brush.
Serve them hot with any side dish. I served them with paneer gravy.
Notes
Plain Butter Kulcha are easy to make once the preparation is done.
Try them, you will surely enjoy them with family and friends.
