Multi grain flour 1cup
Goosefoot/bathua 1/2cup
blanched
Asefotidia 1/8tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Coriender powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Salt
Ghee 2 tbsp or as required
Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
Instructions
Add all ingredients and make a soft daugh.
Keep aside for half an hour.
Roll and cut into small pieces.
Roll it into dry flour.
Now roll again with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds and roll a bit more.
Put it on a pre-heated tawa, flip and spread a little bit ghee and cook well from both sides.
Serve with chutney or pickle.
