This is a Sindhi snacks , which is loved by all. This dish is made during kitty parties, birthday parties , or a small family or friends get together at home. This channa masala can be eaten with puri,rice, chappati,or bature . But here I have used bread .
Soak overnight Kabuli channa, next day pressure cook it for 4 whistle. Then in a another cooker add oil fry chopped onions, tomatoes grated ,fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add ginger garlic paste an fry
Then add red chilli pd, dhanya pd amchoor pd, turmeric pd,garam masala pd, Everest channa masala pd,an keep stirring. Then add salt, coriander leaves, kasturi methi, an cooked channa an little water an salt an pressure cook it for 4 whistle
Notes
To serve this you need to place the bread on the plate. Pour the channa masala gravy on top of it. Sprinkle sev , on top . Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, carrots grated, sprinkle chat masala pd an green spicy chutney an tamarind chutney an a tsp of curds on top of it an serve
