One of my favourite dishes. I have given it a cheesy twist with very easily available ingredients. Why not surprise everyone with the first bite of this cheesy samosa!
Snapin's pasta mix or oregano mix which ever is easily available
1cupmaida
1/2teaspooncarom seeds/ajwain
Instructions
Boil the potatoes by adding some salt until soft and tender. Meanwhile also make Maggi pasta as instructed on the packet
Now in a mixing bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, mashed paneer, boiled peas, pasta, Mayo, grated cheese, garam masala, black pepper, chilies, Salt to taste, snapin's pasta mix. Mix everything well with hands
For samosa dough, in 1 cup maids add carom seeds, and 1 teaspoon oil, water and need into soft dough. Alternatively to save time you can also buy ready-made patty sheets available at all major supermarket and roll the mixture in it
finally make cone shape of the maida sheets and close from bottom or after making sheet fill the mix and roll and seal from top and bottom by pressing by fork.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep and heavy bottom pan. After its nicely heated up bring the flame to medium to slow and Depp fry the samosas until golden.
Serve hot with coriander chutney or sauce of your choice
Notes
You can add finely chopped vegetables also and also adjust spiciness by adding red pepper powder and chilies.
