Add mushrooms. Mix all properly. Keep it aside to marinate for 30-40 minutes
Meanwhile cut onions & tomatoes. Grind onions, garlic in a mixer grinder. Grind tomatoes and green chillies separately. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf. Saute it for a while.

Add marinated mushrooms along with curd Masala. Stir all.
Add methi Leaves & 1/2 cup water. Mix all properly. Cover the lid and cook over medium to slow heat until mushrooms cooked.
Check it in between. Once mushrooms get tender. Switch off gas.
Serve with chapati or Jeera rice.

Thus recipe is very simple but some patience and time is required. It can also be made in parties.
