for making paratha
Instructions
Heat a wok. Add little oil .add green chili garlic & hing. When garlic turns brown add methi leaves & salt. Cook for 5-6 min
Mash potatoes. Add paneer chat Masala salt & red chili powder. Mix well. Keep it aside for stuffing
Take 2 cups flour. Add some salt & cooked methi. Knead a soft dough
Now take a lemon size ball of this dough. Roll it to 3 cm diameter
Put a tablespoon of stuffing in it. Bring all sides together & roll it to 6-7 cm diameter
Heat a tawa. Apply little oil. Put rolled paratha on it cook for 1 min on med flame turn upside down. Cook for another 1 min
Apply oil on both sides. Cook both sides again for 1 min. It's done
Serve with curd & pickle
Notes
We are using methi leaves only. No soft or hard branches
Paratha should be made on low to mediumÂ
