mint leaves
chopped

teaspoon
butter
or low fat substitute

black pepper
freshly ground
Himalayan salt
as per taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a shallow vessel.
Add the mint leaves and fry them on a low flame till they turn crisp.
Add the phool makhana and
roast
on a low flame for 6-7 mins.
Remove from flame and sprinkle freshly ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Toss to coat evenly.
